Select the name of the Network Interface Board which is to be configured
by clicking it, and click 
[Next >]
.
Note
❒ If you don't know which Network Interface Board you are configuring,
print the Configuration Page using the printer's operation panel, and select
the MAC address that is on the page.

Confirm that the MAC and IPX addresses are correct, and click 
[Finish]
.
[NIB Setup Tool]
 window appears.

Click 
[Configure]
.
The property sheet appears.

Click the 
[NetWare]
 tab, and make the following settings.
In the 
[Print Server Name]
 box, input the name of the print server.
In the 
[File Server Name]
 box, input the name of the file server in which a
print server is to be created.
Clicking 
[Browse]
, you can select a file server among those listed in the
Browse dialog.
In the 
[Print server Operation mode]
 group, click 
[As Print Server]
.
Click 
[OK]
 to close the property sheet.
After the message appears to confirm the reboot, click 
[Yes]
.

In the 
[NIB]
 menu, click 
[Exit]
 to exit the NIB Setup Tool.

Input “PCONSOLE” from the command prompt.

Create a print queue as follows.
Note
❒ If you use a currently defined print queue, proceed to the step 
L.
In the 
[Available Options]
 menu, select 
[Print Queue Information]
.
Press {{{{
Insert
}}}} and input a print queue name.
Press {{{{
Esc
}}}} to return to the 
[Available Options]
 menu.

Create a printer as follows.
In the 
[Available Options]
 menu, select 
[Print Server Information]
.
To create a new print server, press {{{{
Insert
}}}} and input a print server name.
If you use an currently defined print server, select one of the print servers
shown in the 
[Print Server]
 list.
