Purging Historical Data
Configuring Purge Schedule Configuration Parameters
When data is purged, the Unified CCX system sends one of the following
messages, depending on the activity that occurs:

To set purge schedule configuration parameters, complete the following steps.

From the Unified CCX Administration menu bar, choose Tools >
Historical Reporting.
