Image Options tab
Use this tab to modify the appearance of your printed documents. The options on this
tab are the same options available on the Image Options tab. Click on an option to see
more information. Available options include:
NOTE
Some features are only supported by specific printers, operating systems, or
driver types (PostScript or PCL). You may see more features or options listed
than what your specific system supports.
Paper Output tab
Use this tab to specify the characteristics for any pages in the print job that may differ
from the settings required for the general print job.
For example, your print job may contain 30 pages that should print on standard-sized
paper and two pages that must print on a different size of paper. You can indicate the
specific pages in the document and select the alternate paper size on this dialog.
Pages: Indicate the page or range of pages to which the exception applies. Separate
individual pages or page ranges with commas. Specify ranges by using a dash. For
example, to enter exception pages on pages 1, 6, 9, 10, and 11, you would type: 1,6,9-11.
Paper: Click the button to the right of the summary to open the paper selection
drop-down menu, which contains the following items:
• Named Paper: Select this item to chose from a personalized list of papers.
• Other Size: Choose this item to select Use Job Settings or the paper size desired.
• Other Color: Choose this item to select Use Job Settings or a color for the paper to
use for the cover.
• Other Type: Choose this item to select Use Job Settings or a particular type of paper
or media to use for the print job.
• Other Weight: Select this menu item, and then select Use Job Settings or the weight
of paper or media to use for the covers.
• Advanced Paper Selection: Select this menu item to set the characteristics for the
covers.
