Complete—the Base services, VoIP Monitor service, and Recording &
Playback service will be installed on this computer to the defaul location
of C:\Program Files\Cisco.

Custom—choose which services you want installed on this computer, to
the default location or to another location. For example, you use this to
install an off-board VoIP Monitor service or Recording & Playback service.
By default, all services are selected. Click the down arrow next to any
service you don’t want installed and select “This feature will not be
available” to remove it from the installation list (see
