Cisco Agent Desktop Configuration
Setup
You use the Cisco Agent Desktop Configuration Setup application to configure the
CAD services. It must be run completely in order for CAD to be installed correctly.
CAD Configuration Setup is launched in Initial Mode when the CAD services are
installed. After initial installation, you can change your configuration settings by
launching it in Update Mode from Desktop Administrator or running PostInstall.exe
(located in the C:\Program Files\Cisco\Desktop\bin folder (default location) on each
CAD computer).
CAD Configuration Setup consists of a series of data entry windows. The services
and applications running on the computer where it is launched determines which
windows are presented to you. Table 1 shows which windows appear when CAD
Configuration Setup is run on a specific host computer. Refer to this table to
determine where you should run Configuration Setup to change the desired
configuration setting.
