Analog Port Sanity Test (#963)
This test verifies that the port circuitry involved in the analog trunk testing on the Maintenance/
Test analog port is functioning properly.
This test will abort if an ATMS test call is in progress on the Maintenance/Test analog port when
the test is requested.
