In a T1 PRI configuration, the maximum number of ports per span is 23. The maximum number of T1
PRI ports for the 8112 server is 736 because each Multi Access Blade can support up to 16 spans. The
8112 server can have two MA-16 Multi Access Blades for a total of 32 spans. 32 spans x 23 ports each
= 736 total ports.
