Use input from your users to decide whether their level of usage will exceed 
your disk capacity. If this is the case, contact your MeetingPlace support 
representative for information about upgrading disk drives.
Managing user access
Scheduling parameters specify how much flexibility users have in scheduling 
meetings. Some of these settings also affect disk space. The parameters that 
affect user access are shown in the following table. For a complete list of

Monitoring MeetingPlace using SNMP
The MeetingPlace SNMP feature lets you monitor MeetingPlace the same 
way you manage other devices on the network. By using a Simple Network 
Management Protocol (SNMP) management tool, and configuring it 
appropriately, you can obtain network status information and gain access to 
MeetingPlace.

Does not include contingency or floating ports.

Maximum length of a prerecorded agenda.

Number of days historical meeting data is kept on the

All recordings related to the meeting are purged. The 
system manager, the attendant, and the meeting’s 
contact can purge individual meeting recordings as 
needed.
