This chapter provides instructions for deploying the Contact Center Gateway feature with a
child Unified CCE or a child Unified SCCE.

Prerequisites for a Contact Center Gateway Setup
Before setting up your Contact Center Gateway you need to have done the following:
1. Installed and configured a Unified CCE or Unified SCCE child system.
