Service Activation
Service Activation
You can activate or deactivate feature service or choose to restore the default setting using the Service
Activation window in Cisco Unified CCX Serviceability. Activating a service automatically starts the
service. You can start/stop services from Control Center.

To activate/deactivate feature services, perform the following steps:

From the Unified CCX Serviceability menu bar, choose Tools and click Service Activation.
To view the feature service activation status for another server in the cluster, select a Server from the
Server drop-down list box and click Go.

To activate a service, check the check box before the Service Name field.

Click Save to save the changes. You should be able to see a confirmation message on the Status bar that
displays in the tool bar in the upper, left corner of the web page on successful activation.
