This procedure assumes that the Cisco CRS Historical Reports Client installation
file (CiscoAppReportsInstall.exe) already exists on your computer.

To reinstall the Cisco CRS Historical Reports client, perform the following steps

Procedure
Step 1
Run the CiscoAppReportsInstall.exe installation file that you have already saved
to your computer.

A dialog box provides choices to upgrade/reinstall or uninstall the client.
Step 2
To upgrade or reinstall the current version of the client, select the
Upgrade/Reinstall radio button, and click Next.

After the files are copied, the Desktop Shortcut dialog box appears.
Step 3
Click Yes if you want to create a shortcut for the client on your Windows desktop.

Click Finish.
