Call Contact Steps
The steps in the Call Contact palette of the Cisco Customer Response Solutions 
(CRS) Editor provide script designers with a way to manage calls.
Note
If you apply a Call Contact step to a contact that is not a call contact, a 
ChannelUnsupportedException results.
