OPERATION
4.
Remove the plastic cap before use.
1.
Replace it when the tester is not being used.
2.
Direct measurement of AC voltage
Put one finger on the contact point “Direct Test”.
1.
Touch the test point with the metal tip of the voltage tester.
2.
A lightning symbol and some numbers appear on the screen if there is voltage. The numbers are separated
3.
into five groups by the symbol “V”. The five groups are : 12 , 36 , 55 , 110 and 230 V respectively. The last
group of numbers appears on the display is the approximate measurement value.
The measured voltage is 230 V.
Direct measurement of DC voltage
Put one finger on the contact point “Direct Test” and put another finger on the negative pole of the tested
1.
object. (Or vice versa).
Touch the positive pole of the tested object with the metal tip of the voltage tester.
2.

Indirect measurement of AC voltage
Do not touch the exposed wire. Only touch the cable with proper insulation.
Put one finger on the contact point “Inductance, Break-point Test”
1.
Place the metal tip of the tester close to the cable where you would like to test.
2.
To give better performance, split the parallel lines or press the measured line with your hand to eliminate
