Problems Using NetMeeting
If a user clicks on the Use NetMeeting link and receives a text file
(see below), it is most likely that NetMeeting is not installed. If
NetMeeting is not installed, the user needs to download a free
copy from: www.microsoft.com/netmeeting.

a=This file must be a minimum size in order for some
b=browsers to have enough time to calculate estimated
c=download times.  The browser could hang if the file is
d=too small.
If a user clicks on the Use NetMeeting link, and receives the
message, “The other person did not allow you to join the
meeting.” a security setting needs to be disabled on NetMeeting
3.0.  Go to Tools | Options | Security tab, uncheck the boxes next
to “I prefer to receive secure incoming calls. Accept only secure
calls when I’m not in a meeting,” and “I prefer to make secure
outgoing calls.”
