When MeetingPlace Web Users Can’t View Shared 
Documents
If a MeetingPlace Web user cannot view a shared document, first 
determine whether the user’s MeetingPlace Web is displaying a 
blank gray screen, the Welcome page, or blank blue screen. 
MeetingPlace Web Displays Gray Screen
If MeetingPlace Web displays a gray screen in the right-hand 
WebShare pane, do the following:
Make sure the user’s Web browser is Java-enabled. To check, 
Download the latest Java Virtual Machine for Internet 
Explorer and ensure that Java is enabled on the user’s 
machine. To check whether Java has been enabled, go to
