To enable Call Forcing for headset users:
Using Return to Queue on No Answer
If a call is not answered, the call is sent back to the ACD queue, and the 
your IP Phone is automatically placed in Not Ready state. To return to the 
ACD queue, log in, or press the 
NotReady
 key.
Using Activity code
Use Activity code to record the types of activities you are performing.
To record activities:
1.
Log in.
2.
Replace the handset.
3.
Press the 
Services
 key. Configure the 
On-hook default path
 to 
Headset 
Enabled
.
1.
When the Activity LCD indicator is 
flashing, press the 
Activity
 key.
2.
Use the dialpad to enter the Activity 
code.
