Generating Historical Reports
When you generate a report with the Cisco Unified CCX Historical Reports client, 
you perform the following general steps:
1.
Choose general report settings, including the name of the report, whether to 
include charts, and the date and time range for which you want information.
2.
Choose detailed report settings, if you want, including a sort method and a 
filter parameter.
3.
Use the Report Viewer to view, print, or save (export) the report.
