Troubleshooting

Check the extremities of the tension roller are correctly in position on the left side of the Roll to Free 

Floor:

Check the position of the Pinchwheel when the lever is in the up position.

Check the position of the Pinchwheel when the lever is in the down position.

5.

Check the pinch wheels are correctly installed.

•

Check that the input spindle and output spindle can move laterally by around 5mm (0.4 inches) 

•

Check that the latches are well maintaining the spindles. With the spindle in place, when closing the 

latch, it should not be too hard to close it, and also, once the latch is close, you should not be able 

to lift up the spindle, has to be well maintain.
